Betty began her career in Real Estate as she saw the need to educate homeowners and investors on one of the biggest decisions of purchasing or selling their property. Betty is a sales leadership consultant with fifteen years' experience. She is a keynote speaker sought for areas of expertise in leading high octane sales teams, employee focused training solutions and learning and development. Betty has led teams around the globe with Fortune 500 companies.  Her diverse curriculum development portfolio includes: Walt Disney World, Comcast and Florida International University. Betty has made appearances on National Television as an Education Ambassador and Lobbyist.

Betty is certified in: Strategic Facilitation, Business Coach, Six Sigma Lean, Global Communications and holds a graduate degree from Florida International University. She is an Alumni of Dale Carnegie Sales strategies and Zig Ziglar two of the World's leading Coaches.
